- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★For years I've had ups and downs like a psyco roller coaster while dealing with USBank on my son's account. We closed it three years ago. Then we closed it 2 1/2 years ago. Then we closed it three months ago after having to reopen it (I know - confusing) to put .42 cents in it to make the balance clear and prevent being sent to colletions. And again this week the account has been closed, this time with proof and after being recalled from collections. Thank you Shana Bushilla and Linda Kimbel for your exceptional customer service, patience and understanding in this matter. To go above and beyond this way to save a customer relationship that officially ended three years ago is incredible and I appreciate everything you have done for my son and myself.By Ruth Hinman, June 27, 2017
